Mission Impossible
It's so easy to mess your sleep clock up but why does it have to be so hard to bring it back to normal. I haven't had to wake up at a "regular" time for a year now so this is going to be a shock for my system. Right now I average 8+ hours of sleep, hopefully I can keep that amount and not deviate too far. Thank God for melatonin and coffee.

Just buy like an alarm clock with 4 alarms in it and set it every 15min. haha.
I'm not a morning person either.
